1. For all orders on this offer, paid by DEBIT Card, ADSP will make a charitable donation of at least 2% of the pre-vat total, to Cancer Research, unless otherwise agreed.

2. A VAT invoice will be supplied for all purchases where relevant.

3. All our products are covered by a 12 month warranty, which means, if failing as a result of defective manufacture, they will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, without repair charge, but carriage charges may apply.

4. Payment will be processed and cleared before any goods are despatched (Debit Card is our fastest method to process, and can usually be done within 24hrs).

5. Although most goods are despatched as soon as payment has cleared, we are unable ro respond to requests for delivery progress until after 14 working days have elapsed.

6. In the event of goods being reported as not received, we will raise the matter with our carrier, and on confirmation of loss by the carrier, will despatch replacement goods (subject to availability). No responsibility will be accepted for any financial or other loss due to late delivery.

7. Goods purchased can not be returned for repair or otherwise, unless under our 12 month warranty, or unless we have given permission. In the event of ANY return, goods can only be accepted if we have previously received notification in writing of the problem, and have issued a returns reference number (RRN).

8. We can accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our products, other than that provided by law. We accept no liability for `failure to perform’ of any product, other than our liability to repair/replace faulty goods under warranty.

9. A.D. Specialist products supply equipment on the basis that the buyer has sufficient knowledge to install and operate the equipment.
